SHEGEE STYLA TO REIGN IN 2016 -FLEX NEWS

In the month of December 2015, Dancehall artiste, Shegee Styla put up a post on facebook and mentioned names

 such as Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Samini, Jupitar, Fiifi Selah, Ras Kuuku, Episode,

Gavana and Eye Judah as

 the artistes she would love to record songs with in 2016 but wanted to find out from her friends and fans which

 collaboration they would love to hear in the shortest possible time.

Based on feedback from her fans, Shegee Styla has disclosed to Flex Newspaper in an exclusive interview that

 she would kick-start 2016 with collaborations with Shatta Wale and Jupitar. She also noted that she would be

 ready to collaborate with the other artistes mentioned if they are also ready.

Shegee Styla who is also known as The Godmother of Ghana Reggae Dancehall, revealed that she uses that title

 as a result of the fact that she has been accepted on the streets and by the fans and most importantly due to the

 fact that the songs she has so far released have been endorsed worldwide.

When asked what her plans are for 2016, Shegee Styla mentioned that her management TEAM STYLA has

 drawn a strategy for 2016 which would soon be evident to all her fans and general music lovers. Even though

 Shegee Styla finds herself in a male-dominated Reggae Dancehall music fraternity, she believes she can match

 up against her male counterparts through God who gave her the talent of music and strengthens her.

Apart from her strategy for 2016 which is yet to be disclosed, Shegee Styla revealed that the SURVIVAL TOUR

 would soon be launched and noted that the tour is aimed at motivating every ghetto youth that nothing in this

 world is impossible and also bring hope to the hopeless. The SURVIVAL TOUR would be purely live band performance.

It must also be emphasized that Shegee Styla is now one of the hosts of TV AFRICA’s SOUND SPLASH but

 when asked to give monetary details of her engagement, she mentioned that certain confidentiality clauses with

 respect to the agreement she has with TV AFRICA would make it difficult for her to mention any figure.

In conclusion Shegee Styla mentioned Shatta Wale, Samini, Stonebwoy, Iwan and herself as the top Five Reggae

 Dancehall artistes in the country. TEAM STYLA is collaborating among four entities; Boss Chick Entertainment, Sent One Entertainment, Luu Vision and Patwa Nation Africa.
